All Tower Knives staff work every day with the goal of making as many customers as possible aware of the merits of knives made in Japan and the feelings of the craftsmen. We are looking for someone who can sympathize with us and work with us.
At Tower Knives, staff from a wide range of ages, nationalities, and careers work together in a friendly environment. Don't worry - none of our employees had any experience in knife-related work before joining us. However, as they come into contact with knives on a daily basis, they have gradually gained their interest, increased their knowledge, and grown into reliable members of our team.

Job Description
Osaka Store
Knife specialty store - Tower Knives Osaka
Monthly salary from 200,000 yen
* Preferential treatment depending on experience / Pay raise system available / Bonuses twice a year (based on performance)
Full-time employee
*4 month trial period (salary and conditions are the same during the trial period)
Osaka store: 9:45-18:15 (shift system, including a 1 hour break)
8-9 days per month (104 days per year)
Fully equipped with social insurance and workers' compensation
Full transportation expenses paid
Customer service and sales/Reception for knife resharpening/Answering the telephone/Responding to email inquiries/Reception for resharpening/Inscription/Equipment ordering/Installation of displays/Inspection work/Inventory management
Our Policy
- Since many customers visit our store from overseas, you must be able to communicate in English. We are looking for staff who are confident in their English abilities.
- You want to work using English and other languages.
- You enjoy talking to people and are passionate about learning English.
- You are interested in being part of a team and creating something together.

- We provide thorough training on kitchen knives, steel materials, technical terminology, etc. (Most of the staff started with no experience!)
- This is a workplace where people of all generations flourish regardless of their educational background.
- There is almost no overtime, and we offer paid leave.
- There are no sales quotas for our staff. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we do not rush sales to meet quotas.
Tokyo Store
