If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our store via email or phone within one week of receiving the item.
We will provide the details, including the return address, to the customer as soon as we receive the notification.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the above deadline has passed, unless there is a mistake on our part.

*Products that have been used or have your name engraved cannot be returned or exchanged even within one week unless the defect is on our part.

If the defect occurs due to our store's negligence

If you wish to return the item due to customer's convenience, please contact us within one week after receiving the item.
In case of return, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Regarding order cancellations, we will only accept cancellations if the product has not been shipped.
