Inquiry About Resharpening
Resharpening Requests Through Mail
If you would like to send us your knife by mail to have sharpened, please first read STEPS 1-4 to understand the process. Then, fill out an inquiry form found by clicking the 'Inquire About Resharpening' button below.
* Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping between you and our store.
*From November 24th, 2025, we have temporarily suspended payment by bank transfer or credit card for resharpening requests, and only cash on delivery (COD) with a 440 JPY handling fee will be accepted. Please also note that we cannot accommodate detailed finishing requests for knives sent via our mail-in resharpening service. If you have specific requests regarding the resharpening finish, please bring your knife to one of our physical stores. These changes will be in effect temporarily.

Inquire/Request estimate
Please be sure to contact us using the resharpening form before shipping.
We will provide an estimate of the resharpening fee by email. Please note that payment is only possible via COD (handling fee 440 JPY).
Send your knife
Please send your knife to our store. We will provide the mailing address and instructions for safe packaging via email.
Sharpening
Once your knife arrives at our store, we will begin the resharpening process.
Returning your knife
After the resharpening is completed, we will return your knife to you.
