Tawa GIN3 Migaki Nakiri 180mm
A knife with a blade length of approximately 160–180mm, designed primarily for cutting vegetables. It features a rectangular blade with a straighter edge and a relatively wide blade, making it easy to cut thick or bulky ingredients evenly.
This is an original Tower Knives series that features stain-resistant Ginsan (Silver 3) steel as the core steel, which is relatively easy to sharpen compared with other stain-resistant steels. The handle is an oval Japanese-style handle made from cherry wood, making it comfortable and easy to grip even for people with smaller hands.
