Tawa VG10 Damascus Nakiri 180mm
A knife with a blade length of approximately 160–180mm, designed primarily for cutting vegetables. It features a rectangular blade with a straighter edge and a relatively wide blade, making it easy to cut thick or bulky ingredients evenly.
This is an original Tower Knives series that features stain-resistant VG10 steel as the core steel. The blade is ground thin, reducing resistance when cutting through food and allowing for smooth, effortless cutting. The blade is also designed with a slightly wider profile, making it easy to cut larger ingredients.
The handle is an octagonal Japanese-style handle made from natural walnut and rosewood. Compared with Western-style handles, it is lightweight and easy to handle.
In addition to its functionality, one of the main attractions of this series is its beautiful design, combining the distinctive Damascus pattern with natural wood handles.
